As a mother of 3, I know how hard it can be to juggle family needs, a career, and still find time to take care of yourself! I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, counseling individuals ranging from children to adults in various stages of health- Weight Control Pre-Diabetes/Diabetes 1 & 2 Hyperlipidemia High Blood Pressure Gluten Intolerance/Celiac Pregnancy/Breastfeeding IBS/other GI disorders and Nutrition for Healthy Living! I received my Masters degree in Nutrition from New York Medical College, NY. I really enjoy teaching groups in the community, and leading corporate lectures on many wellness topics. My Passion is to motivate clients to improve their quality of life through lifestyle changes that can be sustained. I really try to practice what I preach, by eating well, and exercising regularly. Some of my favorite ways to stay active are tennis, biking, walking my dog, salsa/ballroom dancing, and rollerblading.
